Sergej Magdycansky, a graduate of the Practitioner, has received the European Individual Accreditation - Foundation (EIA) by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). Sergej is the first graduate of our programme to have received this recognized award. Congratulations!
The EIA is a Europe-wide recognised award that demonstrates that an individual practising as a professional mentor/coach has the appropriate level of knowledge and the ability to apply it effectively in his practice.
Participants who successfully complete our Academy of Coaching Excellence - Practitioner accredited by the EMCC qualify for a simplified, less costly application process.
Moreover, Practitioner has been recently approved for 90 hours of coach training by the International Coach Federation. It is the first and the only training in the Czech republic recognized by the both biggest international coach organisations for meeting high quality standards of the profession and the Code of Ethics. Training accreditation is important to us because it means that an industry regulating body has approved the structure and content of the programme on offer. When you graduate from the Academy of Coaching Excellence - Practitioner, your credential path is then easier and less expensive.
Research Proves the Advantages of Having a Credential
ICF research has revealed several reasons coaches benefit from getting a credential. According to the 2012 ICF Global Coaching Study, credentialed coaches reported a higher-than-average income worldwide compared to non-credentialed-coaches, with the exception of the Middle East and Africa. According to the 2010 ICF Global Consumer Awareness Study, clients who worked with an ICF Credentialed Coach were more likely to be satisfied with their coaching experience and recommend coaching to others. In the 2010 ICF Global Consumer Awareness Study, 84 percent of adult consumers who had experienced a coaching relationship reported that it was important for coaches to hold a credential.
