The Academy of Coaching Excellence - Practitioner has been approved by the International Coach Federation for Approved Coach Specific Training Hours.
The Academy has been approved for 90 hours of coach training. Since 2012 it has been also accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council for a level Practitioner. It is the first and the only Czech training recognized by the both biggest international coach organisations for meeting high quality standards of the profession and the Code of Ethics. Training accreditation is important to us because it means that an industry regulating body has approved the structure and content of the programme on offer.
When participants aim at coaching expertise and professional fulfillment, they can now decide which credential path to choose whether the EMCC or the ICF. We are the first and the only Czech company to provide this opportunity. Practitioner is for people interested in coaching and leadership skills. Anyone serious about building or maintaining a coaching business should pursue EMCC or ICF certifications and accreditations.
Research Proves the Advantages of Having a Credential
ICF research has revealed several reasons coaches benefit from getting a credential. According to the 2012 ICF Global Coaching Study, credentialed coaches reported a higher-than-average income worldwide compared to non-credentialed-coaches, with the exception of the Middle East and Africa. According to the 2010 ICF Global Consumer Awareness Study, clients who worked with an ICF Credentialed Coach were more likely to be satisfied with their coaching experience and recommend coaching to others. In the 2010 ICF Global Consumer Awareness Study, 84 percent of adult consumers who had experienced a coaching relationship reported that it was important for coaches to hold a credential.
