At the end of this session, participants will be better able to:

•  undestarnd what team coaching is and it is used
• whether a concept of team coaching is a new name for traditional team training and development, or not?
• what team coaching is able to offer to organisational clients

Clare Howard is a top performing change and talent development consultant, trainer and performance coach with over 20 years experience helping senior management, teams and individuals improve effectiveness and deliver results. She has a strong background in managing and delivering projects through teams in both technology and HR environments.  

Norbert Riethof is a senior executive coach with 19 years of experience in the field. He is also an experienced coach trainer accredited in 2012 by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council with the European Individual Award - the 1st ever such Czech coach. His specialities: Gestalt Coaching (the Academy of Executive Coaching, London), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
