A Gestalt and executive coach Norbert Riethof with a cerrtified coach Petr Janecek will lead 90 minutes long session where you can find out more about our training and you can try coaching techniques and experience atmosphere of our training.

Practitioner program is unique in that it provides participants with background on different coaching schools of thought; they pick what works for their clients and create their own coaching style.

Practitioner is an intensive training programme which merges the world of business leaders and the world of professional coaches. It is the first and only course in the Czech Republic which has received the prestigious European Quality Award from European Mentoring & Coaching Council and has been approved by the International Coach Federation on Approved Specific Coach Training Hours.

“Our typical client is manager who’s not happy with their leadership style and wants to fid other ways to motivate their staff as well as people who are thing about becoming a professional coach,” Norbert Riethof explains. “Secondary are people who are interested in coaching as a method for working with people; consultants, psychologists, teachers, journalists, people who work in NGOs." Riethof says that this variety of people works very well for the group’s learning.
